Krista Manus-Cook is your doorway to peaceful living in the South. As a native to the Carolinas, Krista is brimming with knowledge of Mecklenburg, Union, Lancaster, and York counties. She was born in Charlotte and raised in Waxhaw, North Carolina. She moved back to Charlotte for several years as a young adult. Her upbringing provides her with an innate familiarity with Union County neighborhoods and residents while her later experience leaves her with a deep appreciation for the amenities of Charlotte. Krista moved to the northern part of Lancaster County with her family in the late 90’s, and she has been heavily involved in community efforts ever since.

Living in Lancaster county, Krista has become accustomed to the duality of the area. Charlotte being only a short drive away, one can both enjoy the peaceful quiet lifestyle offered by a home in the countryside while also having quick access to all of the positive aspects of city living.

Krista has an eye for aesthetics and a passion for art and design. She enjoys working with clients who desire to make their dream home a reality, regardless of whether they are seeking the conveniences of the city or the quiet escape of the countryside. Krista is motivated by her desire to help clients find their perfect match. Whether helping her clients buy or sell properties, her love and enthusiasm for the greater Charlotte area is apparent in her work.

An active board member of the non-profit Lancaster Council County of the Arts, Krista is provided with first-hand access to the culture that resides in the heart of Historic Lancaster. She has also served on various arts-related boards and committees in Lancaster County and the greater Charlotte area. The connections that she has made in her community throughout the years makes her stand out from others in the field. Her interpersonal skills coupled with 15 years of experience managing a bustling law firm has set her up perfectly for understanding the needs of her clients and ensuring that the transaction runs seamlessly and professionally.
