Krista Manus

I’m a native Charlottean who grew up in Waxhaw and has called northern Lancaster County, SC home since the late ’90s. Before real estate, I spent 15 years managing a law firm, which taught me to be detail-oriented, organized, and steady when the stakes are high. I’ve been with Savvy + Co since 2020, helping buyers and sellers across the Carolinas.

Working with me feels easy, and that’s by design. I’m always just a text away, so you never have to wonder where things stand or chase down an answer. Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me involved in the community. I’ve served on a variety of boards and committees, from non-profits to neighborhood associations. Family is everything to me: I have two grown kids, a wonderful son-in-law, a grand dog I adore, and a cat named Squeakers who runs the house. I love the arts, I’m an avid reader, and houseplants make me happy. My favorite way to spend a day is with friends and family, because at the end of the day, it’s the connections with people that matter most to me.
